The service is wondering. Wes Tolson is my service advisor and he is the sole reason I continue to get my Volkswagen serviced here. He is honest and listens to what I have to say in regards to my car. I work on my own vehicle and know quite a bit about them but my car has a warranty so I use it. I only give 4 starts out of 5 because everytime I bring my car here, they park it under a tree and give it back to me filthy. I keep my car detailed but when it sits in their lot for a week or two with leaves and tree limbs on it, I literally have to clay bar the vehicles to get that mess off. They said they don’t have a car wash or even a water hose on site. More
Arrived at 9:20 didn’t leave until 12:50. Only needed inside lock button check, glue removed from windshield and tires cleaned again. BTW I believe I was second in line.
