Brakes make noise when pressed. 2016 VW Passat - When we used the breaks, there is a squeaky noise that is very noticeable and annoying. I would have liked to have not waited on two separate occasions since I have a busy work schedule. I could not be provided a rental car even if/when my warranty included a rental car. I waited for two hours in the morning to have the diagnostic done and then return in the afternoon once the parts arrived and wait for approximately 2 hours for the work to be completed. That was at least hours of my time wasted. That's a big chuck of my work schedule taken away. More

Great experience at Southern Volkswagen I came in for a state inspection and to check on a tire pressure light. The service representative was very efficient and recommended an oil change s I came in for a state inspection and to check on a tire pressure light. The service representative was very efficient and recommended an oil change since, although I was not at the recommended mileage, the time duration was met. I agreed. There was no pressure only facts to support recommendations. I appreciated that and felt that the service rep was interested in making necessary recommendations and separating out the elective maintenance. I was also provided with information on the cost estimate of those things I might need to address in the future. That was a big help to me. Thanks for a great experience. My work was completed in a totally reasonable time at a very reasonable price. More
