Bigger is not better! I was not happy with how the appointment went. Dropped off car Monday at 4pm and the car was not done until Thursday. Didn’t get notified it wouldn’t I was not happy with how the appointment went. Dropped off car Monday at 4pm and the car was not done until Thursday. Didn’t get notified it wouldn’t be ready until 4pm Tuesday because they were behind schedule. I was expecting it to be done. Then, I don’t receive a video message of what needs attention on the car until Wed at 09:19am. Guess nothing was done on Tuesday. The Service Advisor was apologetic, but he shouldn’t have to apologize for the mechanics, but such as life. Not a good experience. Don’t get bigger, get better More
The reps are nice and friendly but every time I’ve brought the car in for the check engine light, they clear it, and it comes back on later the same day after I get it home. I’m 30 minutes away. It’s too hard to find a ride every time and/or miss work to keep having to bring my car back because they can’t fix it the problem. More

My car was serviced. Audi TT . 2003 The instrument cluster light was showing that the convertible top latch was in an unlocked position . The first time I put the top back up the light came back on.. you did not fix it. As I hoped it would have been. You just got it to turn off. One Time. Would have been ok to me . If you say , To me . We got the light to turn off . Another 200 dollars. And we will try to fix it this time. More
Andrew Smithson is great in customer service. Highly recommend.
