They were knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick a vehicle. We had done our homework and knew what we wanted. I was completely satisfied with the whole environment of the service area on the day that I left my car. I was told the parts had to be ordered and my car was not safe to drive. I asked about a rental and t the service area on the day that I left my car. I was told the parts had to be ordered and my car was not safe to drive. I asked about a rental and the nice young man (sorry, I'm horrible with names,) offered me one, free of charge. That was amazing. I appreciate the kindness so much. When I explained that the repair cost was going to really hurt me, he was able to even help me with that. The only thing that has me upset is the fact that I am required to write 15 word minimum. Obviously I don't have a problem with the number. But I do have a problem being forced to do anything. Don't tell me I 'have' to do something. I'm not in a concentration camp. More
