It was extremely easy to make my service appointment within a reasonable time period too. The service team let me know that they had started working on my car that Inhad dropped off the night before. I brought my 2010 Mazda 3 to your service department three time between May 7 and July 26, 2024. The first visit – May 7 was for the following service: Car only starts in neutral Tire keep going flat three time between May 7 and July 26, 2024. The first visit – May 7 was for the following service: Car only starts in neutral Tire keep going flat (rear passenger) Your mechanic did a wonderful job repairing the shifting cable (and saved me money) and repaired the stem on the tire. Unfortunately, weeks later the new tire stem did not solve the problem with the tire. I returned the car on June 6 – the same tire kept going flat (rear passenger). A new nut and valve were installed on the tire and, also a new wheel sensor. Again, this did not solve the tire problem, and the sensor low tire light was still on inside the car. I returned the car on July 26 to have the tire looked at again. After a few days, I had not heard back from the service department. I called on Tuesday, July 30, and left a message asking about the car. A video and quote were sent: 2 OEM TPMS sensors - $661.51 12V battery - $370.95 They did not address the reason I brought the car in for - the tire leaking air. I called and asking why I needed to replace the one sensor that was installed in June. I was told that sensor was an after-market sensor and was not registering with the car. I declined the $661.51 sensors and $370.95 battery. They called later and informed me they still could not find the problem with the tire. I picked the car up. My frustration and disappointment stem from the fact I received a $1,032.46 repair quote that did not address or make any mention of the original problem, that was never fixed! After $300+ I still have a leaking tire and a faulty wheel sensor that I WOULD have to pay for AGAIN to be replaced. Nothing in the quote addressed the leaking tire and no one said anything about it until I asked. More
Between myself and the body shop we left over 18 voicemails without a return call and didn't get anything done until I personally went down there and made the tech(s) do their job on a Monday. My car was there over a week and a half just sitting. I didn't have time to babysit a dealership's service department regarding the lack of communication but here we are. I spoke to numerous people in the service dept as well as a the sales manager about the situation. I'm currently fighting with my insurance about an issue because it wasn't a problem before the accident and regardless of the circumstances, it is a problem now. It would have been fantastic to have known what we were dealing with before making grown men do their job. When we do get that issue repaired it will be taken to literally any dealership that isn't owned by Southern. More

Overall the service was great and employees professional and courteous. It took a bit longer than expected but not bad.
