930 am appointment for oil change and state inspection. I called from 1 pm to 530 pm with no answer or callback (15 times). I needed a courtesy shuttle back to the service. Three and a half hours is a bit long for an oil change and state inspection...I know there was only one inspector on duty. I wanted my tires rotated and the gentleman who went over my service forgot to p and state inspection...I know there was only one inspector on duty. The checkout was difficult do to mix up on " bill number"...had to get credit card credited and recharged again... More
