Had car towed in & took 3 days for them to confirm receipt of car due to confusion with operating 2 dealerships. Service tech took several days to return call & did not address reason for service. Switched to another service tech who was responsive however despite the 18 point courtesy check they allowed car to leave lot without all wheels being secured, this caused damage to wheel hub & cost me $1k in repairs. They would not reimburse & basically said their 18 point inspection was a visual only. Didn’t care of my dissatisfaction with service & stated I was lucky to get in without appointment as they are blessed with being busy & months of appointments. Would never recommend them to anyone. Car was in the shop for 8 days for valve cover gasket & tune up. They also said in a text that the car drove wonderfully after repairs but receipt said no test drive done. So conflicting reports lends itself to a no trust issue. I own 2 Kia’s so I know what service to expect. They could use lessons from other Kia dealer service departments. More

Dealership was average, there was too much waiting around to close the deal. Finance department was way too pushy on adding extras, and the whole process is a PIA! We were there for 3 hours, asked to return to close the deal. Finance department was way too pushy on adding extras, and the whole process is a PIA! We were there for 3 hours, asked to return after 6 for pick up and closing. We asked that everything be ready for signing. We were there at 6, however documentation wasn't ready, vehicle wasn't available for pickup because it had a dead battery. I signed the contract which was computerized, asked for a copy and was told I'd get it the next day when I picked up the vehicle. When I finally picked up the vehicle, I saw the hard copy of the contract and realized I'd been overcharged by over $500. It took me over 2 months to get that back after numerous calls to the dealership. It would seem to me that having spent over $50,000 on that vehicle, that the process would have been much less stressful. More
