Poor customer service with lack of communication. Dropped my truck off on Thursday to have a rattle noise addressed and to have truck undercoated, ceramic coated which I paid for over a year ago. My appointment wasn't until Saturday Dave said he didn't have a diagnostic text on staff on Saturday to look at my truck so he would try to get me in next day. I scheduled this service online a week before. So, why would you schedule me for a Saturday appointment without someone to look at the reason I'm dropping the truck off for. My truck was looked at the next day and was fixed same day. I called multiple times Monday to check the status of my truck with no return call. Finally got an answer from the other service tech at 4:15 and he said he would let Dave know and would give me a call back to give me an update. I received No return call Monday. I called multiple times Tuesday with no return calls. In the automated phone service I chose for sales department (of course they answered) and asked them to walk down to the service department and ask for them to call me. It took 3 different sales people to get service to call me back. Dave called me back and said my ticket was getting handed off to another guy and he would figure out what was going to be entailed with getting the undercoating and ceramic coating done on my truck which I paid $2,106 for. Needless to say not a great experience. More

The 2 people I dealt with were very professional. I had a question in regards to something that wasn't done and was told it wasn't needed at this time. That's a good thing for me!
