Took car to dealership for oil change several hours later car went into self protection mode would not go over 25 mph stopped and checked oil none showing on dipstick called dealership and they sent a rollba car went into self protection mode would not go over 25 mph stopped and checked oil none showing on dipstick called dealership and they sent a rollback to retrieve car and gave us a loaner for the evening dealership called us the next morning and said car was only one quart low on oil if that were the case why would it go into self protection mode. The mechanic who changed the oil is no longer employed at the dealership. Someone added oil to the engine between the time that it arrived at the dealership and the next morning when someone checked it. In the end this dealership did not own their mistake and that is the problem. More

Workmanship was good. It was confusing as to where to take the car and to whom? I had to call to see, if it was finished. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone.
