Willie was also a welcomed treat keeping moral high as we waited continually offering shuttle services and providing wait times on cars as needed in partnership with Coco. There were issues with my car from previous technicians who are no employee and I have been waiting several months for. Coco communicated and made sure the technicians made it right. Give them raises! They deserve it! More
