I took my car thereon a Monday for a Tuesday appointment came back on Wednesday to get the car and was told since the one person was not there nobody could help me, I did not get a call until Saturday came back on Wednesday to get the car and was told since the one person was not there nobody could help me, I did not get a call until Saturday while I was at work to get my car. so I could not get my car until the next Monday if I could help it I will never take my car there again in fact I have called Kia USA with my concerns and KIA greenbrier is not any better More

I do understand your mechanics have to produce business. I’m old and wise,0n a fixed income. The female service mgr. was a strong arm witch. I certainly hope she’s gone by next year. I feel like I have been through a war for the southern free deal. More
