The personal is very friendly and is trying to help the best way they can. Unfortunately an issue with my car was not resolved prior to the pick up. Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone in any department. After calling for over a week I finally got an oil change appointment and upon arrival at 7:30 am was told they were short handed an any department.
