Called for an oil change. I was told the express lane was open and it would be a 90 minutes and I had to wait with my vehicle. When I arrived at 10 am it was a two and a half I was told the express lane was open and it would be a 90 minutes and I had to wait with my vehicle. When I arrived at 10 am it was a two and a half hour wait and but i didn’t need wait with my car and was offered a shuttle ride home. I agreed but ended up waiting a nearly an hour for the shuttle. I was told that the driver just arrived back a few minutes earlier at 11 even though I saw him there for about a half an hour, not knowing he was the driver. By 3 I was worried I wouldn’t have my car back in time to pick my kids up from school. At that point a spent another hour trying to get a hold of someone in the service department but never did. I finally decided to call an Uber to show up in person to get my car. While waiting for my Uber I finally got the call that it was ready. This was one of many terrible experiences I have had at Southern Auto. The buying experience was terrible and now I’m seeing the matching level of service. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Southern Auto. More
This dealership is hard to reach in terms of service. (1 month later). Upon arriving to my appointment I was told the parts weren’t ordered and I’d have to wait until they come in and they would give me a call to schedule. I had to reach out to them and try and schedule and of course there’s no answer. So I’m not sure where the disconnect is from the first person to the next. More
