Car wa brought in with check engine light which resulted in engine replacement. Did not know the engine was going to be replaced until it was already done and i received a call to pick up the vehicle. This in engine replacement. Did not know the engine was going to be replaced until it was already done and i received a call to pick up the vehicle. This entire process took 4 months with no loner car avaliable. The first two months i had to initiate the status of the diagnosis which i was told no progress was made. Month 3 i received a call letting me know i went from 28th in line to 15 and than month 4 i was told to come get the vehicle as the engine replacement was complete. I was offered the choice to have the radiator flushed.at a cost to me which seems lime that should have been part of the engine replacement. I received zero info on the refurbished engine that was installed in the car. Overall the vehicle is running good and as far as the repair goes i am satisfied but for the length of time i went without a vehicle and the communication i am very dissatisfied. More

Terrible customer service center. Brought in a punctured tire on a Rim, had to wait 2 days for it to be ready, then they tried to charge me $100 more than they quoted. They would not mount it for me, told me it would be two more days. I am very concerned if I ever have a serious issue with this car and what it will take to get it fixed. Also the cashier couldn't find my paperwork twice, so I just took the tire from where it was sitting, re mounted it on my car drove away without paying just to make sure all the TPMS lights would go off, then I returned because of my conscious and there was a different cashier who promptly found the paperwork right on the desk. BTW, the two other customers that were also waiting for service told me that this was the worst service department ever. Sheesh. More

Service intake needs to get more customer friendly. I had to wait longer for my oil change then customers that hat later appointments then I. Had and got the same work done as I did . After 1 hour and 45 minutes I ask the personal why my car is not finished after the other people got there's done I just got a attitude . The service manager came and talked to me and apologized that there was a mixup. Still teaching service personal to be more customer friendly.. so finally after 2.5 hours my car was finished.
