The scheduling for oil change & following up service once getting there was helpful. The waiting location is a nice place with friends fly folks. As part of Certified Preowned program when I bought my vehicle service had a few items to fix before delivery. Delivery was delayed due to needing new tires, 2nd key, and LoJack installed. 1st time tire vehicle service had a few items to fix before delivery. Delivery was delayed due to needing new tires, 2nd key, and LoJack installed. 1st time tires were replaced with 4 dry rotted tires. Low Jack still does not work 4 weeks later as it still shows under dealer code and key had been ordered 3 times. When I arrived to program the key the third time I had to make another appt to be inconvenienced to program it. You can never reach service or parts by phone. Nobody answers. Worst experience in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More
