Service at this dealership has always been good. I never feel pressured by the staff, but am kept informed on status of my vehicle. This service took me 5 days of calls. More

Took my vehicle in for service. They had my vehicle for 3 days. They told me it was being diagnosed and the tech had the rear seat out of the truck and they would have an answer sho They had my vehicle for 3 days. They told me it was being diagnosed and the tech had the rear seat out of the truck and they would have an answer shortly. Did not receive a call so I called. No one ever answers the phone in service. Got a text that tech that was working on it quit and they would have someone on it in a day or so. Asked if I could come pick up the truck and bring it back and they text back ok and a message about parts may not be available due to the strike. So went and picked it up. Rear seat had not been out of it. Took it to another dealership and they had it fixed in a couple days. Ordered the part had it in a day and completed the job with never a negative word about parts availability. I’ve had good service here before but not so much this time. Maybe next time. More
