I would not recommend this dealership for service on your KIA. You can never get a service advisor on the phone. I tried to get a component fixed three separate times. Each time I had to show up in your KIA. You can never get a service advisor on the phone. I tried to get a component fixed three separate times. Each time I had to show up in person since my calls were never returned. My part were lost twice. The day I was told the part was in, I dropped my vehicle off and it sat all day. At the end of the day I received a call saying the part was not there. After getting the manger and corporate involved, I finally got my part installed. Customer service is not something that this dealership strives for. The entire time I was treated like an inconvenience. I spoke with the manager twice and was given canned answers. I’ve owned three KIAs, this will be my last. I’ve taken three surveys, each time I get the, “We appreciate your feedback snd this has been sent to the manager.” No one has reached out to follow up. What’s the point of these surveys? The manager that was working with me gave me $100 store credit. That was a nice gesture but I lost three days of work, the cost of fuel for 28 miles round trip and tolls on Route 64. Beyond frustrating! More
