Not very friendly except the lady who check me out she was great. Mr. Ives was not friendly at all . You need to have some one in that area to help the people back in that area to greet their next custo was great. Mr. Ives was not friendly at all . Had an 8:30am appt. Had my car all day, never called…. Or answered the phone. Had to Uber both ways. Got there at 4:45 and they never touched it. The male customer service representative of your Dealership is a nasty rude individual! We've bought 4 KIA's from you, while it's been 4 plus years since our last one.
