I dropped my car off at 0700 am for a check engine light. I waited until 1600 to call an inquire about the status of my vehicle. I could not get through, so I came down to the dealership (1700) only to find I waited until 1600 to call an inquire about the status of my vehicle. I could not get through, so I came down to the dealership (1700) only to find out that not only had my vehicle been there all day it had NOT been looked at AT ALL. So it sat ALL day. If I had been called an informed that they didn't have the staff to do the work I would've picked my car up way earlier in the day. Also come to find out I was not the only customer this had happened to that particular day another gentleman was going on a road trip and his car sat ALL day. The man at the desk looked very frustrated and he was trying to help the small crowd that was there as best as he could. There was also an older lady 70-80's that was just wanting to pay and leave. Everytime she went to the window the person there would walk away. I felt bad for her, she just wanted to go home. Another man had been waiting 2-3 hours for a rental? It just seemed like an overall cluster. I have NEVER been and this type of unorganized chaos was going on. Something is going on at this place and it's not good. I am just going to get another car (Toyota or Honda) and hopefully they don't have the same issues with service. It's really sad. More
