They barely answer calls. They already had my parts but had my car for seven hours and did nothing! Claimed they had to order my parts. Never called me, I had to call them. I am not very pleased with the service at this location. I came in on Saturday July 20th for an appointment that I had made prior. The appointment was for two recalls on my vehicle. I waited over two hours I came in on Saturday July 20th for an appointment that I had made prior. The appointment was for two recalls on my vehicle. I waited over two hours for them to then tell me that they didn’t order the part (even though I had made an appointment ahead of time). They were only able to do one recall. They advised that they would order the part and that I should contact the Servicer, Rebecca, that Thursday, so that she could confirm the part was in and get me in as soon as possible. Another lady that day had also come in for this recall and waited but they had not ordered the part for her car either. I was a little upset due to the fact that I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time and then waited over two hours for them to me that they didn’t fix the issue that I came in for, but I understand mistakes happen, and they were nice and seemed apologetic. However, I have reached out to Rebecca multiple times and have not received a response back. I have also called the Service department at the Dealership and left voicemails but have still received no word back. I would rather go to a different Kia Dealership at this point as I can’t get in contact with this one, but they already ordered the part, so I am not sure if I even can go to a different location as the part was already ordered by this one. More
Worst service we have ever had. We were not told that a recall typically takes three days. After not hearing from them by the end of the first day we started making calls for an upd We were not told that a recall typically takes three days. After not hearing from them by the end of the first day we started making calls for an update. No ability to speak with a human. For three days and after multiple messages that no one returned we just went to the dealership to see what was happening. My wife spoke with the service manager. When she complained that no one returned our calls his comment was “well we are busy”. They won’t stay busy for long treating customers like that. And one other thing that was supposed to be fixed was reported as fixed but it was not. Now we have to take the vehicle to some other dealership cause we certainly wouldn’t go back here. And good luck getting us to buy from them in the future. More

This is probably the worst dealership experience I have ever had, their service department sucks. I bought a brand new car at the end of last year and within a month my trim pieces started falling off, the ever had, their service department sucks. I bought a brand new car at the end of last year and within a month my trim pieces started falling off, the parts have been ordered multiple times with no attempt for them to fix this issue for me or even to call and let me know the parts finally arrived after 3 attempts. I showed up for my appointment a few months ago to get my oil change and to finally get the trim pieces put on which we were told they had them there and we waited for a few hours to then have to track someone down to get a status update and turns out they didn’t even have the parts there at all. This is not even covering how many times I had to show up after I first bought the car to get the plate situation solved. This is really not the Kia dealership you should choose to go to for any service or even the buying of a car More
On 8/12/24 i was at the service department to just get printed paperwork because your system was down due to haking.
