Didn’t do all of the tasks I requested and getting to talk to anyone in the inservice department was next to impossible. Would never use this service center again has terrible customer service and has go talk to anyone in the inservice department was next to impossible. Had to take in 2 times for a scheduled recall visit due to not having parts in stock. A dashboard alert was presented after first pickup that wasn’t there when I dropped off. I explained this the second to not having parts in stock. A dashboard alert was presented after first pickup that wasn’t there when I dropped off. I explained this the second drop off. I also asked about this when I was called to pick up and there obviously was no check up or follow through as I picked it up and the lights still are on my dash with same message. Clearly the tech team ignored this alert not just once but twice. I’ll have to take back for a third visit!!! Not a great customer experience. More

I had a terrible experience. Dropped my 2024 Telluride off on a Wednesday expecting it to be done the same day. Received a call at the end of the day that it was still being proc Dropped my 2024 Telluride off on a Wednesday expecting it to be done the same day. Received a call at the end of the day that it was still being processed. I asked if it would be done the next day and was told it would. I did not receive an update the next day (Thursday). I called several times and left a voicemail and did not hear anything. On Friday I called 12 times and left 4 voicemails simply asking for an update, no one answered a single call and I received no call back. On Saturday, feeling desperate, I drove to the dealership just to get an update on my vehicle. I was told it was not done but I could have it back. I did take it back because I needed it. But I was told I would have to drop it off again for several days to complete the repair that was not completed. When I got in my car, the compartment in the back with the jack was open and several things were scattered around. To say that I am frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. During all this time, no one answered a phone call and no one called me back. I also sent an email, and have not received a response. I also chatted with someone on the website messenger, asking for help, and did not hear back. I should not have had to make a single call to check on the status of my vehicle, as I should have been informed. And the fact that I have to bring it back to complete the repair after the service department had it for 3 full days is ridiculous. I would really like a phone call from a manager to see how service can be improved going forward. More

Mgmt is terrible and he’s rude. No phones in dealership so you can call in to check on status with vehicle. I went to dealership at 3:30 pm to get an update because I found out the No phones in dealership so you can call in to check on status with vehicle. I went to dealership at 3:30 pm to get an update because I found out the phones are on computer, so it just shows a little icon that there is a phone call. And since only one service writer he couldn’t answer. I was so mad. And of course I showed that I was mad and mgr started getting on me, he’s lucky my husband was with me cause I would have cussed him out. He thru me out of office! So what. Two other customers had to come down to dealership cause they couldn’t get thru on the phone either. I had appt at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm still not down. I’m going to find a different dealership More
