Service was terrible, never got a call back for a recall appointment. Was not made aware that the recall part was not available until arriving at the dealership. I went in for an oil change and two recalls. Only one recall was performed and I’ve since received numerous emails from the dealership saying that either that I’ve missed my appointment and shou Only one recall was performed and I’ve since received numerous emails from the dealership saying that either that I’ve missed my appointment and should reschedule, or that I’m overdue for the next maintenance milestone….less than 48 hours after completing the last one (and still thousands and thousands of miles away from the manufactured next maintenance). You can’t make this up. Smdh. More
