Had appointment scheduled for the 16th of November at 1:00 for inspection the service department call Friday afternoon and say our appointment was canceled because the inspection guy was not coming in no 1:00 for inspection the service department call Friday afternoon and say our appointment was canceled because the inspection guy was not coming in not our fault then he tried to schedule us a whole month out unacceptable so he chose to come in on Tuesday so I called Tuesday morning to make sure it was on the list later said it was not on the list so I said had a supervisor call them she said he will call before the day out no call from the supervisor call again Wednesday morning no call return from the supervisor so I went up there and on Thursday morning and it's young dude took me in and got my car inspected he was very professional More
This place is a joke for the past two times i went here the first time they said someone lost my keys then they found them the second time i went back to get my car worked on they lost my keys again and t the first time they said someone lost my keys then they found them the second time i went back to get my car worked on they lost my keys again and the manager John gave me a rental and said they will get me new keys being that they lost my keys come to find out my keys was never lost who ever serviced my car took the keys home and they also did not fix my car at all very pissed with this place dont take your cars here to get serviced on her and the people in there are also very rude as well. Very professional & courteous. Good communication w/ the Service agent. Wait time was also good. After paying & leaving I noticed sticker indicating next oil change was missing. Every single time I buy a car through this dealership I have to go through so much and this is my third vehicle that I have purchased through kia Lynnhaven.
