Terrible experience I had my car towed to them on Tuesday morning and was told would have an assessment that afternoon of course this didn’t happen after numerous calls and visits and was told constantly the morning and was told would have an assessment that afternoon of course this didn’t happen after numerous calls and visits and was told constantly they were understaffed so basically tuff finally after the third day was called in the late afternoon what the issue was but would have to wait an additional 3 days just to see if part arrived then of course wait for it to be installed I searched for another place for half the price so I had to get it towed again and the other place took care of it the same day Never an apology or any type of consideration for being a repeat customer who actually bought my vehicle from this dealer Very bad experience More
Horrible treatment from the service adviser. My 2017 Kia Sportage is consuming oil at an alarming rate. 9 quarts added in less than 5000 miles. It was apparent from the start that the service adviser assigned to me did not believe my story. When I asked him about the issue some Kia and Hyundai models were having with their engines I was told "we're not just going to give you a new engine". The oil was changed and I drove 1000 miles. Took the car back in and low and behold was told it was less than 1/2 quart low. The service tech wouldn't even acknowledge me. I am still adding oil to the car every 200 miles or so. I have bought 2 used vehicles from southern but after being treated as a liar and having my concerns ignored I will never buy another vehicle from Southern and will definitely never have anything serviced by them. More

Horrible experience bringing in my truck for 15k mileage maintenance.
