Absolutely worst Kia dealership! The men in the service center are so rude and don’t care about helping anyone. I experienced an older gentleman rant and rave about how he was too busy to deal with customers in front of customers. I had an issue with my new car that’s under warranty and no one wanted to help me much less answer the phone. I left voicemails and no return calls. We even went up to the dealership and they were super rude and wanted us out of their way and did not want to help at all. We had to end up calling another KIA dealership 30 minutes away to get any help. AWFUL customer service. So disappointed! More
