The dealership was clean and they had water in the waiting area. But two issues I had one being I have to go back and have my oil counter reset cause it was not done. When picking up my vehicle, no one acknowledged me when I came in. While waiting for the cashier, the male service attendant was complaining about work very explicitly with colorful language.
