I had a terrible experience. Dropped my 2024 Telluride off on a Wednesday expecting it to be done the same day. Received a call at the end of the day that it was still being proc Dropped my 2024 Telluride off on a Wednesday expecting it to be done the same day. Received a call at the end of the day that it was still being processed. I asked if it would be done the next day and was told it would. I did not receive an update the next day (Thursday). I called several times and left a voicemail and did not hear anything. On Friday I called 12 times and left 4 voicemails simply asking for an update, no one answered a single call and I received no call back. On Saturday, feeling desperate, I drove to the dealership just to get an update on my vehicle. I was told it was not done but I could have it back. I did take it back because I needed it. But I was told I would have to drop it off again for several days to complete the repair that was not completed. When I got in my car, the compartment in the back with the jack was open and several things were scattered around. To say that I am frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. During all this time, no one answered a phone call and no one called me back. I also sent an email, and have not received a response. I also chatted with someone on the website messenger, asking for help, and did not hear back. I should not have had to make a single call to check on the status of my vehicle, as I should have been informed. And the fact that I have to bring it back to complete the repair after the service department had it for 3 full days is ridiculous. I would really like a phone call from a manager to see how service can be improved going forward. More

Had the recommended 15,000 service on my Kia Sorento yesterday. It included an oil and filter service. Nothing was wrong with the car when I took it in. However, this morning, my husband noticed an yesterday. It included an oil and filter service. Nothing was wrong with the car when I took it in. However, this morning, my husband noticed an oil leak on the garage floor ! Virtually impossible to get a call back. Love the car & the sales department. But, quality is below par in the service dept. Seems as if many customers have had the same problem. Whose on 1st??? More
Mgmt is terrible and he’s rude. No phones in dealership so you can call in to check on status with vehicle. I went to dealership at 3:30 pm to get an update because I found out the phones are on computer, so it just shows a little icon that there is a phone call. And since only one service writer he couldn’t answer. I was so mad. And of course I showed that I was mad and mgr started getting on me, he’s lucky my husband was with me cause I would have cussed him out. He thru me out of office! So what. Two other customers had to come down to dealership cause they couldn’t get thru on the phone either. I had appt at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm still not down. I’m going to find a different dealership More
They barely answer calls. They already had my parts but had my car for seven hours and did nothing! Claimed they had to order my parts. Never called me, I had to call them. I am not very pleased with the service at this location. I came in on Saturday July 20th for an appointment that I had made prior. The appointment was for two recalls on my vehicle. I waited over two hours for them to then tell me that they didn’t order the part (even though I had made an appointment ahead of time). They were only able to do one recall. They advised that they would order the part and that I should contact the Servicer, Rebecca, that Thursday, so that she could confirm the part was in and get me in as soon as possible. Another lady that day had also come in for this recall and waited but they had not ordered the part for her car either. I was a little upset due to the fact that I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time and then waited over two hours for them to me that they didn’t fix the issue that I came in for, but I understand mistakes happen, and they were nice and seemed apologetic. However, I have reached out to Rebecca multiple times and have not received a response back. I have also called the Service department at the Dealership and left voicemails but have still received no word back. I would rather go to a different Kia Dealership at this point as I can’t get in contact with this one, but they already ordered the part, so I am not sure if I even can go to a different location as the part was already ordered by this one. More
