Gave 1 star as 0 stars wasn't a choice. Dropped our car off for a week and never was even looked at. We marked the bolts, that's how we know. Misleading information concerning appointments/no appointments. I took my car in for an oil change and had to wait almost 3 hours because I was told the wrong information. When speaking with management (Frank) about it, he was nonchalant and making jokes, which was very unprofessional.
