Your system to schedule service is meaningless! My appointment only got me to see Edwin who was helping another appointment at my scheduled appointment time. ?? then after checking in with Edwin I My appointment only got me to see Edwin who was helping another appointment at my scheduled appointment time. ?? then after checking in with Edwin I had to wait for the next available technician. That's not a scheduling system at all. That's walk in service. Also I got my tire patched and the patch did not hold. Had to come back to get it patched again within 24 hours. Also I keep my headlights on auto so they always come on when I drive. Twice now the tech turned them off so I've been driving in the dark with no lights thinking they were still on. SAFETY HAZARD! DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN! I'm DONE with you guys! More

Edwin is great and always takes my calls or calls back if needed. However I got a new key and already had to come back once because the key inside was missing and now have to go back again because it doesn't needed. I am very annoyed at the people that make the keys, they need to check the inside key and fob while you are there not just tell you it works. Now I have to go back again. Also the SALES DEPARTMENT RUINS the experience of coming there. They called me 3 times in 2 weeks to ask me about selling my truck. I was very clear each time NEVER to call me and ask and they still called back twice after the first time. SALES gets a ZERO!!!!! I was in no way subtle about my response, please speak with them. More
