I maybe leaving this review prematurely, but I was prompted/encouraged through means of a link associated with a text message. So to give further context to my experience, I received service in relati prompted/encouraged through means of a link associated with a text message. So to give further context to my experience, I received service in relation to a diagnosed engine related issue. Arranged the service which took approximately 2days if not 3 to perform & retrieved the vehicle upon completion. The following day the reason I visited the dealership initially, I experienced again & it appears to be more frequent. So I called immediately once noticed. I take into account it’s a Saturday & not all staff are present, yet I called more than once from the various number associated with the dealership & each call was forwarded to voicemail. I decided an hour prior to closing I would visit the dealership to convey my concern in person & the service department is closed & closed at 5pm as I was informed though I made calls in the am hours of the day & mid day to only receive voicemail messages. I leave this review standing outside of the dealership at 738p after being told my options are to leave the vehicle…my primary vehicle at that & await till opening hours Monday. Feeling frustrated & disappointed as the solution to a issue that was supposedly addressed is further inconvenience. More
