I come in to Hall Ford 4 of 5 times a year and am already greeted in a welcoming and timely manner. The dealership did an outstanding job of cleaning my vehicle. It was a bit pricey but the level of service was worth the expense. My Husband had taken the car in for a inspection. The car failed due to a tire and back license plate light. My husband was given an appointment for the next day to get it reinspected. I called the service center to see if they can just reinspect because my Apt complex dosn't allow cars with a failed inspections to be parked in the parking lot. WE PURCHASED A FORD FIVE HUNDRED IN 2006 DUE TO THE 170 MILE PER DAY COMMUTE PER DAY; WE THOUGHT THE FIVE HUNDRED WOULD BE A SAFE AND RELIABLE VEHCILE.
