We were going out of town when we noticed the tire sensor light. Hall Ford was the first place we saw. We were greeted by William. He saw the valve stem was bent. A situation that could have put a damper on our trip left us with a great story to tell and a reminder that there are good people in this world! More

Stephanie in Service Department was excellent. She was able to show us things on the vehicle that we were not shown when we purchased it. I was asked this once i got there. If they hadn’t had i, it would have been a 30 min wasted trip. Other reasons were i was told on the phone by someone in parts department it would take about an hour but it took two. More

Had my truck in for services and Hall Ford did their usual great job. I was met with a nice greeting and everything proceeded from there just fine. I waited a reasonable time in the waiting area and the usual great job. I was met with a nice greeting and everything proceeded from there just fine. I waited a reasonable time in the waiting area and then was told my truck was done. I was provided with the bill but didn’t owe anything as they used my Hall points to cover the costs. What a deal!
