I called and was promply scheduled for service. Causey has gone out of his way to make me feel like he has my best interests in mind, and has talked me out of (more expensive) service I thought I needed/wanted. Even when he had bad news for me, he expl has my best interests in mind, and has talked me out of (more expensive) service I thought I needed/wanted. Lisa made this service visit most pleasurable from the time I pulled in the service bay. She greated me with a friendly smile and great attitude. I would like to share my experience at Hall Ford service since it was the only time I have gone to a dealer for service and didn't come away feeling screwed. In fact I was pleasantly surprised when I called since it was the only time I have gone to a dealer for service and didn't come away feeling screwed. In fact I was pleasantly surprised when I called and was greeted on the phone by Lisa Anderson. I had a problem with the transmission on my van and when I spoke to Lisa, she said bring it on in immediately. What a shock. Even more so she knew what she was talking about and promised a call back the same day and did with an estimate on the repairs. She even got part of the repair warrantied when I thought it was out of warranty. Go Lisa! She provided me a ride home and in less time than originally expected she called to say it was ready. Imagine my shock when The bill was about half of what she had estimated. I picked up my van today and it runs great and I would recommend Hall Ford and Lisa Anderson to anyone who wants honest and caring service for their vehicle. Sincerely, Al Winall More
I was able to get an appointment to have my 2001 Ford Expedition serviced in less than 24 hours from the time I made my request to bring it in. I arrived at 0900 hrs and in just over an hour my car was Expedition serviced in less than 24 hours from the time I made my request to bring it in. I arrived at 0900 hrs and in just over an hour my car was accurately diagnosed and, after being thoroughly informed of the mechanics findings and diagnostic testing results, I gave the "go ahead" and maintenance began. The list of recommended repairs seemed lengthy but my SUV has close to 110,000 miles and required more than just a routine tune-up. Much to my surprise, Ms Lisa Anderson told me that the Expedition would be ready the same day. (I was expecting to be without my car at least overnight.) She arranged to have the courtesy van take me home and bring me back later that afternoon. Within an hour after my return to the dealership, my car was completely repaired, WASHED, and ready to go. The cost was even slightly less than the original qoute. I told Lisa I expected it to run like new after all that and she said yes it would. She was right, it does feel like a new car again! Everyone I encountered was very professional, knowledgable and at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of or offered maintenance for the vehicle that wasn't necessary. This is the only automotive center I have taken my Ford to when it requires maintenance and I will continue to do so. More
