My wife and I drove to Hall Ford from Hampton to test drive the Ford Escape. The sale price was clearly listed on the windshield and was way below what I expected based on the reasearch I had done on th drive the Ford Escape. Our salesman was very friendly and went well beyond the sale by helping my wife sync her phone to the microsoft sync sytem after the sale was complete. I went into the dealership expecting to haggle over price and trade-in, but Hall Ford came in below the price I was willing to pay based on the research I had done on the internet. The trade value was more than I was expecting based on Kelly's Blue Book. Tack on Ford's low apr for financing and all we had to do was sign papers. We love the new Escape and based on the experience we had at Hall Ford we will certainly purchase our next Ford at Hall. More
i was impressed from start to finish. i asked for a quote on the internet late saturday night and received an e-mail on what they could do for me plus a phone call early sunday morning (9:30). i was t quote on the internet late saturday night and received an e-mail on what they could do for me plus a phone call early sunday morning (9:30). i was told that someone would contact me on monday and sure enough they did. i was informed that the vehicle i wanted was not on the lot and that they will contact other dealers to get exactly what i wanted at no added cost to me. chris vandenheede and daniel nance made every effort to secure the exact vehicle but unfortunately no one had that color. they kept me informed every step of the way so i didn't have to go and wait while they were looking. i gave them a fallback position and they kept looking for what i wanted. in the end, they found what i wanted. the dealership honored all promotions and the paperwork was painless. i definitely recommend going to thid dealership. More

The last time I went in for service, I was told that my brakes were "yellow" and would need replacement soon. This time I went in fully expecting to be told I needed new brakes (whether or not I really did brakes were "yellow" and would need replacement soon. This time I went in fully expecting to be told I needed new brakes (whether or not I really did!). However, I was told that I was still in the "yellow" and they would check them again the next time I went in. Your service dept. missed an "opportunity" to sell me something that I would not have questioned. I appreciate the honesty demonstrated by this. My only complaint, and it's a small one, was about the condition of the car when returned to me. It had been snowing so the car was covered in a thin coat of snow. As I pulled out, I noticed that the person who brought up my car had used the windshield wipers to clear the front, but I had poor visibility sides & back. I pulled into a convenience store to clean the rest of the windows. But this isn't a deal breaker for my satisfaction with Hall. More

Needed annual inspection in a hurry. Honored free inspection policy from Hall Honda. In and out in less than one hour without reservations. Comforable lounge with free coffee and tv. never had a problem with the service at Hall. We had our vehicle in for a leaking seal this time and they got it fixed on the first try in a short time. Specifically; Salesman Mark Stanley and General Sales Manager Daniel Nance make a great team. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a Ford go there and do business with these gentlemen. If they don't have the vehicle you are looking for in stock, they will find it! Situation: Discovered upon arrival at the Dealership that the vehicle I desired (2010 Escape Limited) was not available - in the color I desired. I was slightly irritated as I had just got off the phone (within the hour) with what turned out to be someone not at the Dealership who stated the vehicle WAS available. Turns out the person at the other end of the phone is probably dealing with online inventories and did not have up to date info. Mark and Daniel were both quite apologetic and immediately offerred to "find" another similar vehicle (known as a Dealer Exchange). Daniel quickly located several vehicles to choose from. Car was ultimately delivered as stated and the deal was sealed. Mark and Daniel made this experience pleasant. It is due to their great attitudes and demeanor that I would not hesitate to return to Hall Ford in Newport News for my next new car purchase! More
