The repair shop has tried to fix my car multiple times without success. As of now, there is a bill for nearly $1400 for parts and labor that were done because they made a mistake. I’m being told that it’s my responsibility to pay for the repair that did nothing to fix my car. I’m waiting to hear from corporate regarding “next steps”. To make matters worse, there is ZERO chance of getting someone on the phone rather it be sales or service. They don’t respond to voicemails or texts. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 45 years of life. At this point I just want my broken car back and my bill wiped clean. More

Went there for a safety recall on my 2014 Jeep Patriot. They didn't have my appointment on schedule, even if I had a reminder card that their employee gave me when I booked it. No problem, though, they told me to leave my car and that they would do the replacement. They didn't tell me how long they would need for the service, nor did anyone explain what they would do (before or after they finished the work). When I called in the afternoon to ask if my car was ready (I left the car at the shop at 0700), it took me a little less than 2 hours to find out that the car was ready. I was constantly on answering machines or employees who were saying that the "responsible" employee for my car was unavailable at the time. So, overall, not happy at all with the customer service of this service center, as I deemed their behaviour to be unprofessional and lacking respect for my time. More
