Unfortunately, this left me feeling a bit uncertain about the next steps and required me to walk around in search of answers. While the staff were very friendly, I felt that they were still in the process of learning their roles, which contributed to some challenges in getting the assistance I needed. Additionally, I found the environment a bit overwhelming due to the level of chaos. I also had some concerns regarding the shuttle service; it begins at 9 AM while the service department opens at 7 AM, which seems like an oversight. Many customers rely on timely transportation to get to work and manage the costs associated with the services. Overall, I believe that with some improvements in communication and organization, the experience could be much more satisfying for customers in the future. More
