The service dept is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. I had a scheduled oil change and state inspection not only did they tell me they were behind but to try again the next day and they don’ experienced. The stealership simply put in a new fuse box yet kept my car for over a week I believe around 11 days. During that time. It was ready for me to pick up yet no one ever called me. Their communication was absolutely horrible I told them I would not be bringing my car back due to this. I rather pay the premium at home and be informed and actually get customer service and communication then sit there in the dark chasing them down to get information mind you I paid a premium for this service and expected way more than they delivered.
