I dropped my car off at 9 am and wasn’t asked when I needed it back,’only getting a state inspection. I called @ 3 & got Katie’s voicemail, called back again @ 3:15, voicemail again. She called back to say my car wasn’t ready yet, there was only one state inspector working that day. I was very disappointed, she called @ 5 pm & said my car was ready, I didn’t have a ride @ 5 pm, she didn’t seem bothered by that, no options for a solution. I again expressed my displeasure, picked my car up the next morning, now wondering if the free state inspection is worth my time & trouble. More

I called in early on a Saturday in June, not only did you say you could take care of me , y’all let me go in as soon as I got there early. The service manager was so polite and efficient.. This is not going to be a pleasant review. Day 1: Took my 2012 Ram 1500 in for a state vehicle inspection, and found that there was a safety issue that had to be fixed, before the truck w Day 1: Took my 2012 Ram 1500 in for a state vehicle inspection, and found that there was a safety issue that had to be fixed, before the truck would meet the requirements to pass. After discussing the cost, told the service scheduler to go ahead and fix the issue. Parts needed ordered, and that one would be there the next day. Day 2 : called to check on the status of my vehicle and was introduced to "Pam" the AI phone answering system, annoying as when you go through the system, tow or three times you are still never connected to who you need to speak to. At the same time, im calling 8-10 times a day, becaues no one from the service department is calling me back, Meanwhile the person originally who i was working with was either promoted or something, so now i had no point of contact, but perseverance and growing irratibility on my part continued to try and get ahold of a live person, luckly i did. i was told that i needed another part, and what day it would arrive, a full 16 days after i took the vehicle in. Nothing takes 16 days to ship! From Michigan to VA, i can do that drive in less that 16 hours!!! In that 16 days , i never once did i recived a call back from the service department, with a status update, not 1 single time!!! Blame "Pam" horrible system that they should get rid of, put an actual live person on the phone, that knows what they are doing, and watch servive improve. Day 16: I arrived as soon as the Dealership opened, and walked it to the service desk, and was directed to Tina, she appoligized for the situation, and understood my fustrations with the situation, it's because of her that the at least get 2 stars, because i wanted to give this trip a 0. She explained thesituation that had resulted in her now taking the scheduling of repairs for my vehicle, and promiced that it was being worked on. Also handed me a business card with a direct line to her to avoid "Pam". 3 hours later the driver was picking me up to pick up my vehicle, cost more that the original assesment, then found out the the 15% off coupon for repairs on their sight only covers $50.00. During the inital inspection, another issue was discoverd... Now do i dare go back, been taking the vehicle there for years and this isn't the first time it's taken a little longer or cost me a litte more. Every thing is working fine now. I wasn't happy with the situation, as my other vehicle is maintaing by a different Southern dealership, and i have never had an issue there. Ask for a copy of what they want to do with the estimat on it, and most importantly get that contact card, and avoid "Pam" as much as possible More
