Bad experience I bought a used Ford truck and within the month the motor broke. They asked me to take it to Bowditch Ford for the diagnostic and was told two cylinde I bought a used Ford truck and within the month the motor broke. They asked me to take it to Bowditch Ford for the diagnostic and was told two cylinders weren't working by Bowditch .They took the heads off and sent to the machine shop and it was determined a valve was broke. There was metal in the engine and they recommended a new engine. The extended warranty company AUL stated it was carbon build up and they wouldn't cover it ?! Go figure. Imagine that. The warranty company knows more than the machine shop. Fell back on POMOCO. The first engine sent to Bowditch was sent back because it wasn't secured in the back of the delivery truck and was damaged. Next call I get from Bowditch is the truck is ready. The repair sheet states replaced engine with junkyard motor provided by third party.They replaced oil pan,oil cooler, fuel rails two plugs and coils. POMOCO never called me in the whole 81 days! Never asked if I needed a car or offered to help with the payments I was making on the vehicle. I spoke with the used car sales manager and head service manager at the same time and told them how disappointed I was with the dealership.Guess what? I still haven't been contacted by anyone. When I said I don't know if I can keep the truck with with this junkyard motor in it, they suggested drive it a couple of weeks then maybe come in and see the sale man if I wanted to trade it in. Ok thanks for all your help. I'm thinking the five star rating I gave you on the sales experience was a mistake. I would like to give kudos to Bowditch Ford for keeping me informed though. Traded 2013 Chrysler Town/Country for 2015 Ford F-150 I had a terrible experience with Priority Chevrolet of NN last year and quite frankly didn't think to much of car salesmen. That changed today with a great experience with Mark Greenauer and Jeff Pelfrey at POMOCO of NN. Mark had a no pressure sales approach and was honest and transparent with the whole process. When something needed to be done, he explained it before hand and afterwards and was open to suggestions or counter offers. He made sure the truck I bought was exactly what I wanted and everything on it met my approval. He assured me on the vehicle inspection/operation, that anything not working would be fixed, repaired or replaced. Jeff was also honest and up front about everything during the finance procedure and never pushed anything on me.Any extra warranties or packages were explained without being pressured, and the decision left up to me.If you felt like it would be something you wanted down the road, then that was okay also.I would highly recommend POMOCO of NN to anyone interested in getting an honest and transparent deal without the pressure.l More
excellent service The car still starts!! But the Denbigh Blvd bridge rings the chime at 40 mph. The car runs fine. But it takes to warm up around 3 minutes. The car still starts!! Great to work with Your Service Dept at Pomoco at Jefferson Avenue has helped me on short notice and when I am in a pinch I care for my 96 yo daddy’ in Williamsburg so Your Service Dept at Pomoco at Jefferson Avenue has helped me on short notice and when I am in a pinch I care for my 96 yo daddy’ in Williamsburg so I am there the bulk of most days. Have had some issues with the car and /or timely inspections They have always been able to work me in Must run now again to daddy’s to care for wounds after a recent fall More
