Service is Great!!! I have had terrible experiences at car dealerships (where I bought my car, where I tried to take it for service the first time). I came to Pomoco's Se I have had terrible experiences at car dealerships (where I bought my car, where I tried to take it for service the first time). I came to Pomoco's Service Department on a whim to get a scheduled maintenance thing completed. The guy who runs the oil change department (3rd door when you walk in), I believe his name is RoSean - is professional, friendly, and the most helpful car-dealership employee I have EVER encountered. He is also quick/ you can tell he values your time. Becky and the other woman who work behind the counter at "pick up" are also top notch. When my car needs to be replaced, I will go to Pomoco specifically because of the positive experience these service staff members have provided me. I will only go here for service. Santa Claus came early with a new Jeep! I have been a loyal Pomoco client for the past 16 years. I have always been loved and valued. Kevin Steele was super in every aspect of the process. He was also very patient with me as I am no spring chicken and have never bought a new vehicle by myself. My husband always took care of the negotiating. I may never buy another new vehicle before I leave this world but if I do, I will go straight to Kevin and have him get what I want. After all the time he spent helping me, I'm sure he could guess what I like. As always, Pomoco is the best and treats me like family. More

Taken advantage of We had an emergency on our way back from vacation .... heater core lines needed replaced. the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and w We had an emergency on our way back from vacation .... heater core lines needed replaced. the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and we were on our way. after we got home I realized that we had the same work done previously at the Chrysler dealer back home....the only difference was Pomoco charged us $343.33 for labor and our home town Chrysler dealer charged $186.00. The same exact part was installed at almost double the labor charge! I called and spoke to the service manager and he said he found nothing wrong with the labor charge. More
