I engaged the service department for an oil change and state inspection. The costly recommended services in no way contributed to my state inspection. My vehicle failed inspection without a clear explanat state inspection. The costly recommended services in no way contributed to my state inspection. My vehicle failed inspection without a clear explanation. The reason listed was not consistent in the paperwork. Needless to say, this dealership has lost my trust. I own both a Jeep and a Dodge and have been loyal to the brand for years. However, I will not, nor can I recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

A person answered the phone and I was able to make an appointment. I dropped my auto off the night before and got it back by 3 pm the next day.
