I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. The check-in bay was extremely clean and the personnel were very friendly. Southern was ready for my vehicle and took into the shop almost immediatel The check-in bay was extremely clean and the personnel were very friendly. Southern was ready for my vehicle and took into the shop almost immediately. It took about two (2) hours to do the routine maintenance, perform state inspection, and change the wipers. I thought that was OK since it involved the lunch hour. The price was on par with what I expected. More

I brung my car in for a simple oil Change. They let me leave the lot without my cold air intake properly installed back on.
