Never been there for service. They assume because I bought a truck from Southern, I would bring my truck there for service. They even scheduled a service appointment for me at my They assume because I bought a truck from Southern, I would bring my truck there for service. They even scheduled a service appointment for me at my request which I never requested. I only bought a truck from Southern because they had a TRX. I cancelled some worthless warranty's they tricked me into buying over 2 months. The warranty's still have not come off my loan. Now I have to go back there and find out how the finance director screwed up a simple cancellation. The entire process of dealing with Southern has been a nightmare !! More

My car gets free oil changes and tire rotations. My son took it in for this, but they only changed the oil. The time before this, I received several phone calls and emails to remind me to rate the service advisor with highest rating.
