It has been almost 1 year since the purchase of the vehicle and the spare key fob issue has yet to be resolved. I brought it up at the first oil change and it was kicked down the road to the second vi vehicle and the spare key fob issue has yet to be resolved. I brought it up at the first oil change and it was kicked down the road to the second visit in May. In May the service representative said it would be ordered and would take 2 weeks to come in. After multiple weeks and several attempts to connect with someone, I spoke with the service department and was told that it still hadn’t arrived. I called this morning and no one picked up in the service department and the operator was unavailable as well. It gave me the option to leave a message, which I have done in the past and never received a response. The customer service is poor and after spending over 60k at your dealership, there are expectations that are not being met. Please have a representative contact me for resolution. More
Took my Ram in after it displayed multiple codes related to the transmission. It took them five weeks to diagnose and repair a failed TCM and valve body. Continued decline in Ram dependability and Southern Jeep Chrysler's service department has made this the last Ram I will own. More
