I appreciated the honesty of my advisor telling me that I didn't need a tire rotation. That said, it was frustrating to be the first person in the door and still wait over an hour and a half for an oil chang didn't need a tire rotation. On top of that, their lobby is one of the dingiest Jeep lobbies I have waited in. I wish it was a bit nicer; it would make talking the Jeep in for service a better experience. Also, no written estimate was provided prior to service, which isn't what I would expect. More

Was 5th in line for an oil change at 8:15 am didn't leave untill 2:40pm that's just excessive. I think you would rather have me go else where and pay for my oil change than to be put off all day for what yo untill 2:40pm that's just excessive.
