After 3 visits, the mechanics finally fixed my transmission leak. The vehicle came in for a transmission flush with no leaks when it arrived there, and that's when the leaks started after being to transmission leak. The vehicle came in for a transmission flush with no leaks when it arrived there, and that's when the leaks started after being told on the second visit that they had over serviced the transmission. But the leaks continued after that until they had to replace the pan gasket and some seal. I was told by the service writer it would cost me money to fix it, I told her that there was no problem with the car when it came in. She talked to her manager and I agreed to pay for the parts only. In the future, you might want to have your service writers explain that procedure to customers and what could happen when the flush is done. Emily is a very good service rep, she is the frontline person that has to deal with customers when there are issues with their vehicle. More
