The troubleshooting cost was excessive and then the parts required were discontinued for my 2014 Grand Cherokee with no possible alternatives for repair other than some other after market jeep specialist. I set up a time to pick up my vehicle, after paying online. Due to my work schedule I was not able to get there until 8:50pm, while they close at 9pm. I made my payment early to make the pick up easier. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, all doors were locked. I called and spoke with a representative that stated "it was a slow night so the sales department closed early." This was extremely frustrating as I was now stranded without a ride home. I had to pay about $70 for an uber ride home, just to frantically figure out a ride to return the next morning to pick up my vehicle. This was extremely unprofessional!! I will not bring my vehicle back to this dealership ever again!!!! More
