The troubleshooting cost was excessive and then the parts required were discontinued for my 2014 Grand Cherokee with no possible alternatives for repair other than some other after market jeep specialist. The dealer ships should be meeting more customer needs than sales, that’s why most people only go as a last resort and usually leave disappointed or financially pained. Stellantis is yet another disappointing car manufacturer in the long string of owners of the Jeep brand. More

I set up a time to pick up my vehicle, after paying online. Due to my work schedule I was not able to get there until 8:50pm, while they close at 9pm. I made my payment early to make the pick up easier online. Due to my work schedule I was not able to get there until 8:50pm, while they close at 9pm. I made my payment early to make the pick up easier. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, all doors were locked. I called and spoke with a representative that stated "it was a slow night so the sales department closed early." This was extremely frustrating as I was now stranded without a ride home. I had to pay about $70 for an uber ride home, just to frantically figure out a ride to return the next morning to pick up my vehicle. This was extremely unprofessional!! I will not bring my vehicle back to this dealership ever again!!!! More
