I brought my truck in to address the transmission shifting rough. It was recommended to do the drop down transmission service. I did do that and nothing changed. I am now being told my truck come in again and they have it for 3 days. I live 45 minutes away and don't have another mode of transportation. As well I need my vehicle as I do have hay and other things to get for my animals. I am very upset with this as I feel they only wanted to charge me money and the issue was not fixed or addressed. They sold us new tires for our inspection to pass BUT missed a front headlight that was out. Drove the whole way home that way behind my husband who noticed it.
