When I made my appointment for my diesel oil and fuel filter service I was sent an electronic quote for roughly $600. Upon completion of the work the service department billed me over $800. I was told that it was an automated email error and that they were working it. After getting several people involved they did indeed honor the emailed quote price. But that relied on several of the service women going above and beyond their position. It's unacceptable to rely on workers to make up for company errors. More
I had an appointment for Thursday 2/1/24 . Turned my truck in the evening before. Was not contacted until 55 minutes before closing time only to be told b that the technician won't get to my t Turned my truck in the evening before. Then on 2 Feb no notification again until close to closing only to say that a part was needed and won't get here until Monday or Tuesday. I then had to go rent a vehicle since no loaner was offered. I finally got contacted again, Wednesday afternoon 7 Feb to say that my truck was ready but needed tires. By this time I wanted nothing to do with this company and the worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced in my 46 years of vehicle ownership. More

Asked for a certain service at irregular interval. Service Consultant inquired to why. I gave my reason and my concern was carefully listened to. Half way through the service I was brought to my vehic Service Consultant inquired to why. I gave my reason and my concern was carefully listened to. Half way through the service I was brought to my vehicle where the Service Consultant and Technician explained by showing and educating what I was experiencing. We all talked through various solutions and my final decision was respected and executed. More
