Scheduling with the new AI Pam is terrible. Once I got there, the people manning the service area would not talk to me even though I stood right in front of their desk they told somebody else 1 Once I got there, the people manning the service area would not talk to me even though I stood right in front of their desk they told somebody else 15 feet away. Please tell me to go inside and talk to someone. I found out this was due to me having a diesel truck. The lady inside was upset and she said please don't start anything about it or go to someone higher up because she didn't want to start anything. This was due to childish behavior. And then too I don't see how come an oil change cost me $400? So no I don't recommend your service. More
