Good afternoon I am pleased with my visit and the service I received at the dealership was very exceptional. I went to get my yearly inspection and I noticed the new renovation which was very nice. When I a I received at the dealership was very exceptional. I went to get my yearly inspection and I noticed the new renovation which was very nice. When I arrive, the gentleman was waiting to take my keys and car to the back. I enter where the young lady was waiting to find out all the information I had to inform her about my car and she explained to me were the new waiting room was.. The wait time was very good. More

Had to schedule my appointment twice due to issues with your chatbot. You allowed a scheduled time for when the techs were at lunch so had to wait about an hour longer. Your scheduled reminders sent me to your chatbot. You allowed a scheduled time for when the techs were at lunch so had to wait about an hour longer.
